The last few weeks have been very busy for me but I am excited to be back! Hopefully, you were able to follow our reading schedule of being a worker for the Lord. We will revisit the theme later! Since tomorrow starts a new month, we are going to move on to a new theme. I am very excited to announce our next monthly reading theme is “The Fear of the Lord.”
Throughout October, we will explore the idea of the Fear of the Lord as presented by God in the scriptures.
Fear is something all humans face. Fear is something we all must have to navigate this life. Fear motivates us. Fear caution us. Fear can guide us. If we ignore our fear in the wrong situation or time, we will quickly find ourselves in danger.
There is no fear more important than the fear of the Lord. So, this month we are going to learn how to develop the proper fear of the LORD and how we are to use that fear to guide our lives and actions.
