So, after a gardener cleans out their garden and yard and pots and planters, they begin the process of preparation and planning. They look at what they have and determine what they’ll need. They get out their tool. They sharpen the mower and shearing blades. They gather all their equipment.
God doesn’t expect us to clean out our lives of ungodliness and not give us the necessary tools to begin something new in our lives. He has equipped us with all we need to become a man or woman of God.
Where can we find this equipment? The Scriptures. God breathed them out for us. He inspired every word. They are meant to make us complete and capable of every good work.
