Godly love is patient with others.
Like God is patient with us we must be patient with others! How do we do this? We approach each person with humility, gentleness, and kindness. These traits help us bear with others when they test our limits.
It is important for us to remember that God is long suffering with us. We constantly let Him down and test the limits of His love every day He approaches us with kindness and patience and He bears with us in our humanity.
Our love toward others must mirror God’s love toward us.
