We’ve reached the mid point of our study on Godly love.
The first half of our study we’ve examined God’s love and how we should take His love traits and make them our own. God loves:
❤️ Selflessly.
❤️ Steadfastly.
❤️ Endlessly.
❤️ Sacrificially.
❤️ Freely.
❤️ Greatly.
❤️ Profoundly.
❤️ Trustworthily.
❤️ Motivationally.
❤️ Unwaveringly.
We are know going to turn our action to our we respond to this kind of amazing love. How should we respond to God’s love for us? Our love should act.
Moses ask the Israelites a rhetorical question. Because the Lord has saved you what then does He require? Is fearing, obeying, serving, and loving Him too much? NO! It is the least you can do and He requires it for your own good.
So, how should our love respnd to God’s love which delivers us from Satan and saves our soul? It acts. We must fear God, obey God, serve God, and most importantly love God with all our hearts and souls! Why? Because God requires it and it requires it for our own good.
So, our love should act. Our love should be an action not just a feeling. We’ll explore how our love should act through the rest of the month! Let’s love our love for God and others into action! #LoveActs
