We’ve reached that time of the year where people start thinking about all they are thankful for in life (a practice I might add should extend to more than just November). But a lot of those lists and thoughts focus on physical blessings and people are right to be thankful for the physical blessings God has given them. But, God has given us so much more than physical blessings. So, in that vein, this month we will be doing a deep dive into all the spiritual blessings with have been by God through Jesus.
Paul tells us God through Jesus has given us every spiritual blessing in all the heavenly places. God has held nothing back. He has given us EVERY spiritual placing in the HEAVENLY places. All the spiritual blessings to be found in God’s realm God has given them to us through His son – Jesus Christ.
Because of God and His son Jesus – we have access to all of God’s spiritual blessings which are infinitely more important and infinitely more necessary than our physical blessings! So, praise be to God for His generosity (a blessing we will explore later)!! He has given us EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING!
Make your own list this month! Add to your spiritual blessings list every day and thank God for each one as the list grows every day! You’ll see just how generous God is with His children. And, if you aren’t one of God’s children, perhaps this list will motivate you to want to become one.
